Every home is different, and every client has different needs as the months go by. We allow you to pick which services you need for each month.

Service Menu

Gas Delivery

We will meet you where you're at. (Must be within 35 mins of Nashville.)

*Client pays for cost of gas.

Dog Sitting

Our team will check in on your dog 2 times a day. We will make sure they have water & food, take them out to use the bathroom, play/walk with them.

House Sitting

Need us to stop by while you're away and make sure your home is still in good standing? We've got you.

Dry Cleaning Pick-up & Delivery

Our team will pick-up your clothing that needs to be dry cleaned and drop it off at our designated dry cleaner. We partner with dry cleaners to get you the best quality and price.

*Client pays for cost of dry cleaning.

Organizational Care

Need help getting organized around your house? Tell us what you need done, and we will get things organized for you.

Grocery Pick-up & Delivery

Clients place the order, we pick it up, and put it away for you. Only offered in package deals.

*Client pays for the costs of groceries.

Meal Prep Pick-up & Delivery

Clients place the order with one of our meal prep partners, we pick it up, and put it away for you. Only offered in package deals.

*Client pays for the costs of meal prep.

Mail Pick-up & Delivery

Have packages that need to be returned, or mail that needs to go out? We can pack up the mail, and get it to UPS, FedEx, and the Postal Office. 

*Client pays for mail out fees.

Flower Pick-up & Delivery

Our team will pick up the flowers from our partnered flower shop and we will bring them to you. Enjoy our discount code.

*Client pays for cost of flowers.

Laundry

Our team will wash, dry, and fold your laundry at your house. If you have special instructions, please let us know.

*Client must provide laundry detergent.

Donation Coordination

Need donations dropped off at the local goodwill? Our team will drop your clothing donations off for you.

Plant Watering

We will water your plants. If you have special instructions just let us know.

Premium

3 months - $600 per month
6 months - $540 per month
12 months - $500 per month
Ideal for individuals or small households who need essential home maintenance and cleaning services to keep their space tidy without hassle.

Home Refresh (Bi-weekly)

Choose 3 from service menu

This package totals to 6 hrs per month. Ranging from $100-$83 per hour.

Any additional hours over 6 hours will be billed at $100 per hour. 

Hours worked on holidays and Sundays will be reported and billed at time and a half.

Failure to pay invoices after 7 days will result in a 5% late fee.

3 month - $1,000 per month
6 months - $940 per month
12 months - $900 per month
Ideal for busy professionals, families, or frequent travelers who need a high level of home management.

Standard Cleaning (Bi-weekly or Weekly home refresh)

Choose 5 from service menu

This package totals to 10 hrs per month. Ranging from $100-$90 per hour.

Any additional hours over 10 hours will be billed at $100 per hour. 

Hours worked on holidays and Sundays will be reported and billed at time and a half.

Failure to pay invoices after 7 days will result in a 5% late fee.

3 month - $1,500 per month
6 months - $1,440 per month
12 months - $1,400 per month
Designed for high-net-worth individuals, luxury homeowners, or anyone seeking fully managed, concierge-style home service with personalized attention to every detail.

Standard Cleaning (Bi-weekly or Weekly)

This package totals to 15 hrs per month. Ranging from $100-$93 per hour.

Any additional hours over 6 hours will be billed at $100 per hour. 

Hours worked on holidays and Sundays will be reported and billed at time and a half.

Failure to pay invoices after 7 days will result in a 5% late fee.

Timesavers Home Management can help manage your move. We partner with moving companies to get you the best price, and have a hassle free move. 

  • We coordinate with moving companies to make sure the move is scheduled, the service elevator is booked, and proper insurance is provided.
